Canaan is being thoughtfully developed in phases to preserve the beauty, character, and vision of the community.
Construction is actively underway, and we anticipate releasing the first homesites for sale in August 2026. You may reserve your homesite now with a refundable lot deposit.
As we move closer to launch, we'll be sharing community updates, architectural details, curated home plans, and exclusive opportunities for future homeowners.
