You're invited to schedule a private tour of Canaan and reserve your preferred homesite today with a fully refundable $15,000 reservation deposit.

With only 51 estate homesites available, reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The reservation deposit simply secures your option to purchase your homesite while we complete final plat approval and prepare for lot closings.

We anticipate receiving final plat approval and officially closing on lot sales in early August.

If you decide Canaan is no longer the right fit for your family before the expiration of your due diligence period, your $15,000 reservation deposit is fully refundable.

Canaan is committed to thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and architectural integrity. In addition to our partnership with Maxey Family Properties, we are currently interviewing a select group of builders for inclusion in our exclusive Approved Builder Program.

Homesites are anticipated to start at $300,000, and homeowners may choose from curated home plans, bring their own plan, work with an architect to create a custom design, or bring their own plans for consideration.

All homes and exterior designs will be subject to review and approval by Canaan's Architectural Review Board (ARB) to ensure a cohesive and timeless community aesthetic.

Additional builder requirements, architectural guidelines, and approved builder information will be released soon and may be subject to change as development progresses.
